Where do I put the pads?

A smaller muscle of the upper back that runs from the shoulder blade to the shoulder. One of the four rotator cuff muscles. One of its functions is to raise the arm outward from the side. It also plays a small role in external rotation.

Common Symptoms

  • Pain when raising the arm forward, or in other ways
  • Burning sensation in the shoulder
  • Weakness when lifting or pushing
  • Difficulty brushing hair or putting on a jacket
