Soleus
Where do I put the pads?
The Soleus is a flat, broad muscle of the calf of the leg lying just beneath the gastrocnemius muscle and attaches via the Achilles tendon at the heel. It's helpful when extending the foot when running and jumping.
Common Symptoms
- Dull pain in the calf
- Lower back (due to a trigger point
- Pain in the ankle
- Pain in the heel
