Recommended Pads
Triggerpoint
Designed to be a great all-around pad. It works anywhere & it’s easy to use.
Glute
This pad was created to cover the gluteus maximus, medius and/or minimus depending on the size of the glutes. Glutes are a large contributor to back pain and are often overstretched and weak due to the amount of sitting we do.
Lower Back
The lower back pad was designed to span across the entire lower back specifically the muscles connected to the lumbar region of the vertebrae.
