Where do I put the pads?
The Popliteus is a muscle with the main function as a major knee stabalizer. The small muscle wraps around the rear of the knee.
Common Symptoms
- Pain at the back of the knee
- Pain weight bearing (walking up stairs)
- Decreased range of motion
- Swelling or tendernessg
Common Causes
- Blunt trauma or accident
- Muscle sprain/strain
- Torn meniscus
