Where do I put the pads?
The peroneus brevis/longus is a muscle in the lower part of the calf area that helps to provide strength, lateral movement, and stability.
Common Symptoms
- Pain on outside of foot or forefoot
- Ankle pain and swelling
- Redness
- Bruising
- Weakness
- In more serious cases a catching feeling or instability of the ankle will be present
