The Hamstrings are a large grouping of muscles whose primary job is to extend (push forward) the hips and flex (pull foot towards body) the knee.
Common Symptoms
- Pain in the back of the leg

- Muscle weakness
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Overuse (from sports)
