Where do I put the pads?
The Anterior Deltoid is the front portion of the full Deltoid Muscle that connects in with the Collar Bone. Its primary use is to move the arm up/forwards.
Common Symptoms
- Pain, tenderness, or swelling over the front upper shoulder
- Pain when lifting the arm upwards and moving side to side
Common Causes
- Repetitive motions
- Lifting, reaching back, throwing overhead
- Weight training, push ups, or pull ups
